Minecraft BE (then there's just "Minecraft") can be found in platform-specific stores.
Just go on: https://www.minecraft.net/...net/de-de/
and click on "buy Minecraft"
Either you go to the Microsoft Store with you or you buy it on the links in the other answers. In the Microsoft Store that's just the Pocket Edition and not like the Minecraft page the Java Edition where you can properly program what with Java
