I recently found an old digital camera of mine and would like to see what's on it. The problem is that the camera is broken. You can't turn it on, even if you have charged the battery for a few hours. So I tried to read the SD card on my laptop. That did not work either. Why, I'm not sure, the serial number was 0001 and the firmware was unknown. The only thing I could do was to format the card, which erased all the files on it.
Is there a way to look at what's on the card anyway, or is it hopeless because it's just too old?
So the age of the card is now basically no problem.
A SD card can normally be read with a normal SD card reader!
I tried that, but all I found out was the serial number (0001) and that the firmware is unknown.
You could use it in an internet cafe to another pc and try it there!
So I was not in an internet cafe, but I tried it with my sister's laptop, and unfortunately that did not work: /
Maybe nothing is on it!
