Can one of you maybe help me? I have to write applications, but printing on my laptop does not work. I also replaced the ink from the printer because I thought that was the reason, but it still doesn't work. However, it works on my brother's old computer, so I guess either my laptop is spinning or Word has a problem. Maybe someone had the same experience?

If there's a lack of ink, the printer driver reports this. So it was a completely pointless waste of money.
Did you ever install a printer?
Did you connect the printer with the laptop via cable or via the network (WLAN, cable?)?
Is the printer logged on to Windows?
Is the printer displayed in the print dialog and correctly selected?
Is there an error message? Which?
From a distance you can only guess blindly. Possible sources of error that occur to me spontaneously:
Printer not installed or not installed correctly
Cable loose
Printer is not stored as standard, maybe something else is selected under "Printer" (e.g. Image writer would be possible)
Got it over the net and there was no error message or anything else. I used to have no problem printing, but strangely enough I did.
Sometimes a laptop / PC restart helps, ie: select "Restart" in the switch-off menu.
However, first switch off the printer and close all program windows.
It is worth a try.
