Laptop hangs up? - 1

I turned on my laptop and it's always this screen (see photo).

The mouse only moves over the pad on the laptop, but the connected one doesn't work, does anyone have any tips?

Look here, could be a hardware error. Have you restarted Hold the start button down for 15 seconds. As I said, when the bluescreen comes back something is defective.
