PC turns off after a few minutes?

Here is the current status:

When I first registered my second Windows account, I canceled the process after a long wait. Now the PC (laptop) keeps crashing a few minutes after starting.

Do you have any advice on what I can do without having to reset to factory settings via F2?

System restore is an option but I don't know how to do it…

I would try the following: Directly after switching on

Press the F8 key several times in succession. On the screen

a menu should appear. Here you can select Safe Mode

(probably with the keyboard> arrow keys) and then press the ENTER key.

If the PC is now booted in Safe Mode, then restart without the F8 key. Maybe it works
