2 in 1 notebook for school / education?

I'm just looking for a suitable 2 in 1 notebook.

For the school and in a year's education I need this. It should be installed Windows 10 and is a lot for Office, but also for programming, simple image editing, etc. Used and should therefore come with a matching pen. Besides, it should not be too small, so min. 10 "Since I'm a student, I do not have a good budget, and a Surface just overcomes everything, so I'm looking for an alternative that will hopefully do it.

Unfortunately, a classic notebook is not possible. Transcriptions etc. Will I do about the tablet function with the pen.

I have the IdeaPad c340 and am very happy with it, the pen only needs to be ordered separately.
