Who has experience with ordering Media Markt online?

Today a question that is very important to me. I bought a laptop on Friday at Red Friday via the online shop because it was out of stock in the two outlets near me. So I made advance payment and paid my 202 euro equal. So now I've heard that Media Markt is not necessarily trustworthy, because of the delivery, has anyone made an experience?
