I bought a laptop in the expert in 2016 and took out a Multi 5 device protection up to 750. A few weeks ago I handed in my laptop because it was broken. Today I received an invoice from the Expert, an amount of money that I have to report to the insurance company, and I was told that I had to cancel my device protection because otherwise it would continue. How and what do I have to do first?
Discuss this with the people who sold you the laptop or insurance.
It was done because an employee made a wrong entry in the computer, I have a multi-protection guarantee that they no longer knew it was done, I can now buy something in the expert for me with a good chunk of money
