Old PC game is not working?

I bought an old PC game again and installed it, back in the early 2000s we played it on WIndows Xp, if I'm not mistaken.
Now I have it now installed on the laptop, it works, but if I want to ride (riding court game), the screen flickers only white. And I can't go wrong… However, you have to earn money by riding, what's the flicker to be? 🙄 have already clicked through the compatibility settings and always tried, it does not change anything.
