Hartz IV Ebay took?

I wanted to sell my laptop on Ebay, I'm currently still in a retraining to Fachinformatiker which is paid by the Office. The laptop would be sold by me for 1700 euro, that will be charged with my ALG II set?

If you already owned this laptop when you applied for ALG II and correctly stated it in the asset information form as a valuable asset, then that sale would constitute a "value conversion from existing assets" and should not be credited against the benefits.

You only have to be able to prove by proof (invoices, etc.) that you have paid more for this book than you have achieved in the resale afterwards. Otherwise, the profit margin between cheaper buying and more expensive selling would be treated like income.

But be sure to note that you only have a protective capacity i.H.v. In total, ALG II may have 150 Euro per year in cash and other monetary assets.

A book with a current value of around 1700 euro is unlikely to be described as a "reasonable subject" for training or professional practice.
