I have already installed Sims 4 on my laptop. After that there was a virus on my laptop but now it is fixed again. I would still like to play the game anyway, I just don't know my password and the email address of the account. Is there still a way to play it without having to buy it again?

Yes I still remember that.
Then go to the Origin website here. Enter your player name and click on Forgot Password. Then you follow the steps that are displayed to you to "reset password". Then you should be shown the email address to which it was sent and have the email address you logged into again.
