Jbl E500Bt bad sound quality?

As soon as I use it on my cell phone / iPad everything is perfect, everything sounds great and the microphone is also ok. But if I connect it to my laptop, it sounds like I connect it to my microwave or as if I had my toaster connected via USB. Are bluetooth headphones. Please tips.

Possibly the sound chip of the laptop is comparatively bad, or it is partially defective. This can have many reasons.
