I recommend the program: Go buy money and buy yourself a decent PC / laptop.
Gamebooster programs can also be used because of that, but they bring nothing.

Do you really think any programs will make your machine faster? That's just the maximum that your GPU can do. With a desktop computer, you could possibly get something out by overclocking but there you can do with your laptop back.

If you want to buy a laptop on which Fortnite runs quite well, you should budget at least 500 euro. The same with the Pc.
More would be better.
