Tablet with Windows?

I want to get a laptop for video editing, but they are too expensive for me. Now I was wondering if a tablet with Windows might be the better option. I've looked around the Internet, but now found nothing so suitable. It should not be over 200 euro, but actually I would like it for under 150 euro. Happy also needed!

Does anyone know? Can you recommend something?
