Do you notice an electric shock?

Sorry I'm a little paranoid right now.
I just plugged my battery cable from the laptop into the distributor and it sparked blue flashes. Then I put it all in and then there was nothing left, the fuse didn't fall either.

But can it be that I got an electric shock? I would have noticed nothing.

What is "the distributor".

Do you mean a power strip?

When you plug in a connector, it always sparks. Most of the time you don't see it because the spark is very small or because it only sparks briefly.

You won't get an electric shock from it. You would notice something like that, you can be sure.

I can tell you from experience that you can feel it very well. If you plug devices that consume a lot of power or are poorly protected against something like this into a socket, sparks can sometimes occur. You don't have to worry because the plugs and sockets in Germany are built very safely. Sparks don't get far there.

Laptop plugged into the distributor

What is a distributor for you? For me, this could be a junction box or a fuse distribution.

Sorry, said a bar with several sockets (which in turn hangs on a socket), thought that is called a distributor

This is called xxfach multiple socket outlet

So that you get an approximate impression of what an electric shock feels like:

Imagine you put your hand flat on a table and someone hits you with a stick, firmly on the back of your hand. The feeling is similar but not the same.
