Mouse only delays on fortnite and epic games louncher what to do?

Since this morning I can no Fortnite play more without that I have very hard delays of the mouse. I have already looked at the vsyc it is not. And I have a laptop but permanently loads. Can anyone tell me how to fix that?

Times looked in the settings of the game? Maybe even reinstall the drivers of the mouse.
