If I pull photos of my laptop on my iPhone, can I pull two folders on it?

When I pull pictures with my friend via iTunes from my laptop to my iPhone 8 everything works wonderfully. All pictures are in a folder on the phone. But if I want to pull the pictures of my camera on my phone, the pictures of my friend and me are simply overwritten and I only have the pictures from the camera on my iPhone. Does anyone have a solution or does it only work so that I can do all the photos in one folder and then on the phone?

You have to duplicate the pictures first of all, you have pulled on your phone.
Unfortunately, Apple does it so that it always rewrote the folder of these "from Pc" images.

So, pull over pictures, mark all, duplicate and paste into a new album. Then you can pull the pictures over from your camera and do the same with them.
