You can set how long the BIOS post should be displayed in the BIOS! If that interests you.
For me there's not even enough time for this loading wheel to appear. It practically appears the moment I hit enter.

In other words: it takes about 15 seconds to completely boot Windows (according to the BIOS)!
All good SSDs are extremely fast in terms of response time, whether SATA or NVMe. Only when you move really large amounts of data around does it really make a difference whether it is NVMe or SATA.
Even though I don't have a lightning fast M.2 NVME SSD, I can hardly read the "Welcome" even in slow motion.
