Switch Microsoft Word Keyboard?

I live in England and have just bought a new laptop. By mistake I changed the keyboard from English to German (which I do not even know), i. Some of the letters and characters are different now. At some point I gave as my country Germany, because I wanted to have the German spell checker. That was probably the mistake. Only I can't find this question about the country again and therefore can't change it to England. Can someone help?
