After 8 years, I would like to buy a new notebook soon. It should be pretty powerful so I can use it for a long time again.
Now my question is how I can get hold of cheap deals and which devices are recommended.
PS. As a processor, I imagined something like the Intel I7. The RAM should be around 16 GB.
My budget is a maximum of 700 euro.

So there are actually no decent laptops in this price range. You'd have to see if you could find any used laptop at a good price.
You currently get the best price-performance ratio with the MacBook Air M1.

There are certainly decent notebooks for 700 euro ^^ The only question is whether they meet the requirements made. However, it is also questionable whether an i7 and 16 GB of RAM are even necessary. I doubt that. But well, I don't know the areas of application either.

This notebook has a really good price / performance ratio and the latest generation processor can easily compete with so many i 7s and you don't get more performance in this price range. There's also 16GB Ram, a bright screen, etc.
