Browsers don't notice this, because screenshots take place at the graphics driver level, so to speak, as long as there's no (un) secretly evil sniffing software on it, that remains your secret.

A screen capture, like most things, is not visible. A website can only read information such as IP address, location, or other device information. But a website can't see what kind of programs you have opened or what you are recording.
