Automatic repair looping around?

I have a Razer Blade 15 and wanted to reset it, that did not work. At least not about the settings of Windows itself. So I went into the automatic repair and tried to reset my laptop. Does not work either. Now I have found a way how to reset the PC but must be in the system control and all the trimmings.

How do I bypass the automatic repair?

bcdedit / set recoveryenabled NO

and

fsutil repair set c: 0

I've already tried the first one in CMD: "The command line is not valid. Run bcdedit /? For command line assistance.

The second one says: "Self healing is now disabled for volume c:"

When I restarted the laptop, of course, it came again.

Someone a solution?
