Automatic repair failed to repair my laptop what to do?

I have a problem with the laptop namely the automatic repair my laptop can't repair and I do not know what to do and there are two options namely laptop restart and advanced settings and I have several times restarted the PC and it has my problem not improved so what should I do I do not know anymore.

And oh yes it is a Samsung N150 laptop

Create your neighbor a Windows 10 stick with the Media Creation Tool.

When done, start from the USB flash drive and enter the computer repair options.

And then

Click on the repair options and then on startup repair (at least it should be built so similar, hardly use Windows).
