Difference PC reset and Image Factory Restore?

Hi. I would like to rebuild my laptop with preinstalled Windows 10, but have created a hard disk partition for multiboot (Ubuntu) and would like to get rid of them as well. Of course, Windows should still be available, just just reset. Now when I press Ctrl + Shift and Restart, I can now choose between Reset PC and Image Factory Restore. What is the difference and what is more suitable for me?

Reset PC = Windows 10 is reinstalled with default settings, you can choose whether you want to keep your data.

Image Factory Restore = Here the condition is established, as with the very first time the computer was turned on after purchase. All data will be deleted.

If you want to keep your data, you should always make a backup in both cases.

You have to reinstall your programs and apps in both cases.

I just use Mac. That works.

Both the same, the 2nd is only in English.

The Ubuntuplatte you just need to format or delete in Disk Management and enlarge the Windows partition.
