Warzone: Fatal Direct-X Error?

I got Warzone on my laptop. However, every time I start it this error occurs.

I have the Nvidea GeForce GT 800M and the Intel Core i5-4210M CPU (2600Ghz 2.59 GHz), so my graphics card should actually support Direct-X 12.

I also tried to update my driver using Geforce Experience, but I'm never sure if it really worked because there's no message.

Hope someone can help me!

My colleague has the same problem with the same GPU. He also has a laptop. The GPU is not Direct X 12 compatible.
