Take a warm bath. Or a hot water bottle on it.
But bathing is better, it relaxes everything immediately.

A warm grain pillow helps me with something like that.
Massage can also help. In the long run you should work on your posture.

If I have neck pain, I make myself a hot water bottle / pillow, etc. Bathing also usually helps. So generally warmth I would say.
It may sound strange, but go to the optician and the dentist…
