How can I relieve my pain?

For a few months now I have had tight shoulders and a tight neck. Due to Corona, I almost only sit on my laptop and mobile phone, so probably the pain.

I had 10 appointments for physiotherapy / physiotherapy, but these have now received new Corona requirements and have canceled all my appointments.

For a few days now I've also had a headache radiating from my neck.

What can I do about it now that my appointments have been canceled?

I'll see that I do something about it, thanks!
