Everyday work to loosen / mobilize / strengthen the shoulder / arm / neck region?

I've been struggling with neck and shoulder pain for a long time, having acquired a bad posture over the past 15 years, and my shoulders / arms are under stress. Accordingly, these are very weak.

I'm now 21 years old and have tried to go to the gym several times to change that, but always had to stop because of too much neck burden. In general, I feel strongly that my shoulders and my neck are very stiff and I hardly manage to loosen them enough in everyday life.

I do some exercises, but the condition always returns to stiffened, because I'm a lot on the laptop / mobile phone or just sitting around at home or similar.

This always makes the situation worse. That's why I do a lot of walks and so on, but really relaxing my shoulder / arm / neck muscles does not do that now. (I also have a tennis elbow, by the way).

Therefore now to my question:
Do you know a good everyday work to loosen / mobilize / strengthen the shoulder / arm / neck region?

I do not mean targeted exercises and no sports in the club!
Rather something simple like playing around with a ball in the room, throwing a bottle of water, stuff that you can always do between working or something.

I have a chin-up rod "Torero" added, which is used in the door frame. Very satisfied. It helps me.

Do not practice with wrong exercises on yourself. This can make your symptoms worse. Especially in the areas you describe, RIGHT exercises are important.

Please contact an orthopedist or physiotherapist. Let's examine you first. Then you will be told which exercises are good for you.

Every body is different. Other people's experiences are not transferable to you because the causes of the problems can be quite different, even though the symptoms are similar. That's why advice from strangers on the Internet is of no use to you and can even harm you in the worst case scenario.

With shoulders / arms / neck is not to be joking!

Thanks for the answer. Do you know if the health insurance would take over the physiotherapist?

Yes, I think so, but I'm not sure. It may be that you have to pay something. Go to an orthopedist first. He can prescribe you the physiotherapy.
