Yesterday after the last exam of the semester (Nursing Education at FH) I went from my place of study in Wiener Neustadt to Linz to my friend by train a bit over 2 hours.
I had my school backpack with a few documents, laptop (17 inches), and a few things with (quite full), a kompett full medium sized suitcase with clothes and a very large bag (one of the Colloseum) full of stuff (6 medium Biscuit tins full, a few Christmas gifts, ingredients for gingerbread dough, etc (about 25-30 kg)) with.
I'm a pretty weak person so I always asked for help getting in / out on the train because the bag was so heavy.
Had to change once. And I had so many things with me, because I stay in Linz for two months.
In short, now I have very sore muscles all over my body, especially the upper body, back, shoulders, neck and whole arms / fingers. Hurts extremely at the slightest movement. My neighbor (trained masseuse) has massaged me already today in the neck / shoulder area with oil, was very pleasant and at first better from the pain ago, then I went to sleep about 1.5 h and now everything is hurting again as before.
Can I still do something to relieve the pain? Unfortunately I can't take a hot bath for some reason. Or should I just wait for the sore muscles to go away on their own?
Voltaren cream or as a natural alternative Arnica cream helps wonders! Otherwise, a normal painkiller.
Voltaren is a devil's stuff and should actually be banned in my opinion.

The fact that the intake of tablets and creams is different, explains itself. Simply because tablets first pass through the digestive tract, while creams are absorbed directly through the skin. I'll leave your "zero idea of organic" that way, I'll give that back sooner. The shot is one thing, but the effect is different. And diclofenac is and will be diclofenac, whether it comes through a tablet or a cream in the body, is no matter.
