Is my lap top too weak for Sims 3?

Did I want to ask if my LapTop is too weak for Sims 3? After 7 years I finally got a new used LapTop and wanted to know if I could play with these Sims3:

I have 8GB of RAM, which is devintively enough.

Processor: AMD E2 Raedon R2, 4 Compute Cores 2C + 2G, 1.5 GHz 2 cores, 2 logical processor

Graphics card: AMD RADEON (TM) R2 Graphics

Will run, CPU is enough, graphics could be at the limit
