Why does Minecraft crash during an OBS game recording?

My Minecraft crashes as soon as I select game recording in OBS. Please help me!

Are in my laptop

Intel Pentium 4x G4600

GeForce GTX 1650

In addition, I have a black stripe in the OBS preview at the bottom of the screen when recording a window.

It may be that your PC just can't do that.

The laptop is probably too bad for OBS. I use something else because OBS triggered me too.
I recommend you oCam even if there's advertising.
