OBS Studio recording black?

I have the problem that OBS does not display anything, no matter which source I choose (see picture). If I e.g. Select screen capture, the window where my desktop should actually appear remains black. I have also been to the Nvidia system control and have already tried it with integrated graphics and Nvidia high-performance processor, i.e. I went to the 3D settings, then program settings, choose a program to be customized, preferred graphics processor and apply. Didn't work. Also in the global setting of the Nvidia control panel I tried all possibilities with "preferred graphics processor". If someone needs my hardware data:

Intel Core i5 9300h 4x 2.4 GHz to 4.1 GHz

16 GB RAM

Nvidia GTX 1650

OBS is installed on the SSD

Perhaps it is still important that I have a laptop.

Delete all existing sources and add them manually using the +. Almost always works for me
