How can you render high-quality videos in Shotcut?

I record my videos with OBS in 1920x1080 and 60FPS. If I want to export the video with Shotcut, I set the settings to 1920x1080 and 60FPS and export the file. When I look at them on my laptop, the quality is outstanding, but when I upload the video to YouTube, the whole thing always falls back to 360p, which is really bad.
Can someone help me?

This has nothing to do with the Shotcut video editing application, as the rendered video on your laptop is of the right quality.

YouTube needs some time until the video is available in all qualities. The longer the video is, the longer YouTube will need.
At first only the low qualities are available and then later the HD versions are only available.

Take a look at the YouTube studio, there should be both SD and HD under video details in the video quality.

Now I have the problem that I want to upload a new video, the quality on my laptop is also TipTop, but after I uploaded it to Youtube and set the time of publication, the quality is only at 360p and the video details only contain SD. However, the file is almost 7 GB in size, so does it take longer until the qualities are available? But shouldn't that still be in the video details?

The quality that is already available is always displayed first. At the beginning there's only "SD processing x% completed", then it says "SD" and a certain time later it says "SD HD".

The larger the file, the longer YouTube takes to process the video file.

I had just uploaded a 1GB file as a test and had to wait about 15 minutes until the HD quality was available.
