Transfer mobile phone screen to laptop?

Hi, how to transfer your screen to a laptop under "normal conditions" I know about, but nin I have a problem, how can you throw your mobile phone screen on the laptob if:

1 … The display is broken (completely black, touchscreen does not work)

2 … You have not set before that a Biödschirmübertragung per app is allowed / approved

And:

Do you know which connections are on the phone? Bluetooth, Smartview? And did you ever have an external screen (not PC) connected to the phone?

Connect the phone via Smartview with the TV and then you should be able to unlock the device with the mouse. If the phone supports OTG, you could connect a monitor and a mouse.

I'm afraid that Bluetooth is out… But unfortunately can't see it… Smartview not synonymous: / can you do that synonymous without Smartview consent?
