Laptop GPU has more mhz?

I have a Gtx 1050ti in my laptop and one in my PC the gtx 1050ti has on my less mhz: 1209mhz and my laptop has 1493 mhz does it mean that the GPU in the laptop is better? He is the same. I have more fps on my PC

The MHz are not really decisive for GPUs. GPUs calculate as much as possible in parallel. The higher the parallelism, the "better".

The clock rate is of course not completely irrelevant, but not as meaningful as many think.

Incidentally, this also applies to CPUs. If one CPU clocks higher, it can still be slower than another if it needs fewer clocks for certain commands / operations.

As far as I know it depends on the FPS… I have a 1050ti myself in my PC 😁👍 Which makes me wonder with the FPS… Do both have the same amount of graphics memory?

The GPU in the laptop does not have to be faster, the graphics cards in notebooks are usually slimmed-down versions compared to the same card that is installed in the computer.

There are also different cards in the computer, for example you can buy a GTX 1050TI from Asus that has 1200MHz, while the same card at MSI only has 1100MHz or 1400MHz.

Normally, those with more MHz should have more FPS if both have the same amount of graphics memory, but it often depends on the driver how many FPS you can achieve… For example, I have 250FPS with my 1050ti 4GB graphics memory…
