I have a fairly new laptop (2 months) and it often gets really loud.
No I don't gamble with it (I never have), I only use it to work on tasks like word, internet, pdf etc.
Why is that?

'well. There are only 3 parts in the laptop that make noise. The fan, the HDD (if no SSD is installed) and the drive. But it will probably be the fan. So either it is full of dust, which shouldn't be the case with a new device, or the fan has a lousy form factor that makes wind noise
