I'm actually on my cell phone, laptop or watching movies or series all day. Day after day. There's nothing else. Every now and then I go out into the air, but otherwise all the time only in front of a screen. My head feels very strange, my eyes become weaker (myopic) I don't know what else to do.
You don't know what to do? How about a break?
It can be dangerous for the eyes or you would lose sight in the long run.
Try to go outside or see that at least you don't sit in front of the screen as often
And what should I do during the break? The cell phone makes me addicted I can't stop
You actually answered the question yourself. You can already tell by the eyes and the head. Your eyes are overworked and your head too. Just look for another hobby, go doing sports or something else
I do, but I find that boring. And somehow I have the feeling that something is wrong with the cell phone. I look at it as if mesmerized
The cell phone is okay rather than your head, something is going wrong. You are addicted or well on your way there. Only a doctor / psychologist can help, sometimes a firm will also helps.
I'm not the only one who looks at the cell phone like hypnotized. You sound like a lawyer for mobile phone developers
Knowing that others are addicted doesn't help you. Incidentally, I'm an optician and very often face eye problems caused by cell phones.
It is not because of the cell phone, but because of your eyes.
