Can I still get the operating system on my laptop somehow? I heard that this is no longer possible for 32 bit systems
Alternatively, try the MX-Linux (19.2), which among other things Based on AntiX.
I recently installed it on my very old notebook (P4 3GHz / 32bit, 2GB DDR1). (=> Kernel parameters: acpi = off pnpbios = off)
It has an Xfce desktop and after starting, only 14-18% of the 2GB Ram are occupied. I find the user guidance pleasant and comfortable.
Only the 1-core CPU (without hyperthreading) is very often loaded to the limit. So that's only limited "fun". However, the hardware is still in perfect working order and I only use this old notebook as a reserve system in case my main computer should fail.

Maybe you like it too.
As an "even more frugal" alternative, MX-Linux recommends the AntiX 19.3:

However, I haven't looked at that closely yet.
As an alternative to Manjaro and other Arch descendants, I would like to recommend Q4OS. With TDE as a desktop, this distro has quite economical requirements.

… And you can probably install it directly as an application in Windows. Haven't tried it yet due to the lack of a Windows computer.
