BS.to not on the laptop?

As already known, Vodafone has blocked access to BS.to. On the PC and on the smartphone, I have successfully changed the DNS. Of course, I also tried this with my new laptop, but no matter if I use the same DNS or another one, my new lapi I can't do on OS. Access. Does anyone have a solution?
