Epson XP-255 prints blank pages, what can this be?

I have an Epson XP-255 inkjet printer, completely new cartridges and the following problem:

On my smartphone, I have installed the App from Epson, if I print something about it, there are no problems. If I print from the laptop, then you hear the pressure, but the page only comes out empty. What can that be, or what can I do?

Did you install everything correctly, so downloaded the printer driver from EPSON and installed correctly for your WINDOWS?

Test page then ok?
