Win 10, you have probably installed with a USB stick or external hard drive?
If yes, then plug in this stick.

A completely safe deletion is not that, there's the possibility with a little effort to recover your data. Depends on how sensitive your data was / are.

You should not simply format the hard disk, because you do not know what was on the hard drive on delivery. But you can delete the folders and data created by you with the help of a live DVD:

However, before using a Unix system, you should undelete your deleted data on the system. To do this, install CCleaner under Windows. Under Extra has a so-called "hard drive wiper". Select "Free Space Only" as the delete option. One-time overwriting is enough. Overwriting can take a while.
