How to download mega nz videos to laptop?

I downloaded After Effects 2 days ago and want to do edits with it, but I can't get my video to be downloaded from my cell phone via mega nz.

The video is downloaded but wrong it is a "Quicktime movie" and I can't import it into After Effects. I've asked quite a few people and looked on the Internet but I can't find a solution🤯

Do I need anything to download it properly or something?

Have you ever tried the mega app?

Are you sure that the video also exists in other formats on Mega and not just as Quicktime?
