How do I get autotune live on stage?

So i have a mixer the necessary cables a laptop with fl studio and antares autotune and microphones connected to the mixer.

But how do I have to connect everything

Autotune is not used live to bend the vocals. At most as an effect. And even then you have to be able to sing quite accurately, so it sounds right.
