Someone wants to give me a laptop that's 11km away. I asked him what was wrong. He wrote me this:

"Display is ok. Did not start anymore when I changed the boot sequence for a Windows upgrade, even after resetting to previous settings."

What could that be?

How could I fix that?

Many problems are easier to solve than to understand ^^

I would format and reinstall the hard drive.
