Maybe I have to get used to the livestream program first. Or try it with a PC and not with a laptop. Even if your internet speed is good, it may still lag sometimes. Otherwise just have a look at the settings of the obs-studio.

As a small question: What are you streaming? Video games? Or just just chatting e.g. With Facecam etc.
