What hardware do I need for an office laptop?

I'm looking for a laptop for my mother, which will mainly be used for office programs. But I'm a little unsure which performance it should bring (how strong should the processor be, how much RAM, does it need an extra graphics chip, etc.)

At least one i5, 8GB Ram and one SSD. You have to see how much memory it needs. Then you can judge whether a large SSD or a small one with an external HDD makes sense.

Any kind of external graphics unit is better, but it doesn't have to be.

For 350 euro there are models that are basically exaggerated for the area of application. You don't need anything special for it today
