I have a zoom meeting right away but my laptop camera doesn't work. It only shows this gray area with the camera crossed out. As you can see the light shines above so it should work. (It still worked before)
I have already updated the driver, activated and deactivated the camera. What else can you try?
The camera can only be used by one program at a time. Restart the computer then all programs will be killed that could still have access to the webcam (or that did not end correctly after the last access). After the restart you should have picture again.
I honestly don't know me there but I'll try to help… Maybe you have to turn it on in your app settings like on your mobile phone? So allow access
