Editing program on new laptop transfer?

I have a purchased editing program (Movavi Video Editor 14 Plus) and now a new laptop. I would like to transfer this actually to my new laptop, since the old one is meanwhile completely slow. Maybe someone knows about it or has an idea? (Copy program and pull on a stick on the other laptop is not)

Upload it to MediaFire and download it on your other laptop!

Could be hard, because you can't open the program via a launcher (like a game) …

If you have a license code, you can look up the old laptop and write it down. With the new laptop the software (the cut program) again download and then when asked the license code specify the license code you will find by looking in the settings (there you will find it mostly)
