There are too many choices I would recommend an Ultrabook with a good CPU and graphics card. The hard drive does not have to be that big, rather a 128GB SSD. That's enough for Office, Windows and CSGO. You should rather make a search and then ask a question here if it is good.

Well, for 600 euro, you might get a laptop that will let you start CS: GO, but playing satisfactorily will be difficult for the budget.
Important in your selection are a strong CPU and GPU plus some RAM. In addition, a fast hard drive (SSD) and a good motherboard would be advisable.
