I received a Skype for Business link. Can I just follow the link as a guest or do I have to create an account first? I would like to start the whole thing via the web app (Windows laptop).
Since the camera on my IpadAir2019 is better than that of my laptop, I would like to use the Ipad. Can I open the link here in Safari and start the whole thing via the web app, or do I have to set something in advance? Or maybe it doesn't work completely, so I have to download an app?
You have to create an account otherwise the other one will not find you at first.

The camera quality is not important. I would use the notebook and lay out all the documents, my CV and the best job references.

The best thing to do is to create a Skype account. Then you can try to create an invitation link and test how everything works together. So you can install Skype on your laptop and send the link to your iPad. Then you can skype with yourself and see how it all works.
